If you’re wanting to book an event, get our package deal at $295 for a 5-hour event. Add a $150 cleaning fee for all events. Available 9am-9pm only and pick the 5-hour slot through our online form. Living Room ~ Velvet couch & chair, writing desk for guest signing book, TV with all the favorites, and open to the dining room for a total of 15-20 seats
Dining Room ~ Large table with pull out leaves & seating for six with stools along the bar for an additional two, huge window bench for a great conversation with the open living room and kitchen. Even play your favorite music from BlueTooth or old fashioned records on our music system!
Bathroom ~ large and clean with easy access
Kitchen ~ Lots of counter space, a serving bar, large fridge and freezer with water and ice, fully furnished with dishes etc. with servings for 8+, pots & pans, large sink & dishwasher for easy clean up and 2 trash cans IN the cabinet for pull out-trash service is provided.
